Contest Rules: 18+ to enter
Costumes should stay clear of tragic events and religious innuendos.
Dont be offensive
No representing terrorists
Two (2) Winners will be selected. The Grand prize winner will win something super amazing. The runner up will win an Earth Angel crystal goody bag. Votes will be selected by majority vote and if there is a "close tie" attendees will select the first & second place winners.
*Snacks, drinks and Alcohol will be provided.
