EVENT POLICIES

All EARTH ANGEL CRYSTAL events are intended for an adult audience. All audience members must be 18 years or older to attend. People ages 15-18 are welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult. We suggest this because of the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which are not indended for a younger audience.

EARTH ANGEL CRYSTAL offers a full refund for all cancellations of 7 days or more. Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice cannot be refunded.

EARTH ANGEL CRYSTAL does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more information.

Delivery

Digital Goods will be delivered within 24 hours via electronic download. Physical Goods will be shipped within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods purchases.

Crystal Goods: No returns on Crystals after 24 hours of in store purchase. Crystals purchased online or via social media will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to daisy@earthangelcrystal.com . We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought online or via social media platforms within 5 days of receipt of item. Photos of the damage must be provided and is to be emailed.
